Our adult induction course is aim at those wanting to start climbing

This is a 2 hour course, with a Rock Antics Instructor for adults and juniors (18 yrs + ) where you will be taught all the skills required to climb in an indoor wall (top-roping only).

With a maximum group ratio of 3 : 1

We will teach you how to:

• Belay using various devices,
• Tie the figure 8 knot,
• Using a ground anchor,
• Fitting a harness correctly,
• General climbing techniques, the grading system,
• Bouldering etiquette.

The course includes all equipment hire, the registration fee,  and you will receive a registration card at the end of the session.

Sessions run 3 times a week.

Tuesday 7PM, Thursday 7PM, Saturday 3PM and Sundays.

14yr olds to 18 yr olds Induction Course

As above, but we run this over 4weeks, 90min session, to consolidate the learning a little bit more because of the age.

Session runs once a week.

Monday  at 6.30 pm for 90mins.

£40.00 per person.

After the 4 sessions have been complete there is an option to attend the 14-18 Years old climbing club at 6.30pm on a Monday at £7.50 per session.
